Hotel Vila Santa, Lima

I had a great experience overall, thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff. They ensured my needs were met and even provided a tasty Peruvian breakfast each morning. However, the location on the outskirts of Miraflores was a downside, making it necessary to take a taxi or public bus to reach the main attractions. The room was basic but clean and comfortable, which I appreciated.

I had a mixed experience at Hotel Vila Santa. On the plus side, the staff was super friendly and helpful, making my stay feel homey. But the rooms were pretty cold during winter, and I had to wait a bit for hot water sometimes. Plus, the hotel isn't right in the center, requiring a longer commute to get to the more bustling parts of Lima.

During my stay at Hotel Vila Santa, I enjoyed the fantastic shower with amazing water pressure and always hot water, which truly made my experience pleasant. However, the room felt damp throughout my visit, and I had some concerns with the king bed being two twins pushed together. Despite these issues, I found the staff to be incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially since I was unwell during my stay.
